At Skin Spa, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log into your Skin Spa account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused skincare items in their original packaging, ensuring the seal is intact, and include a copy of your digital packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
